I currently have a yoshimura R77 slip on can on my 2008 blade, what are the benefits is any of going to a full Akrapovic titanium exhaust?

With greatest respect, if you're not racing or tracking it, none.

Sure you might add 2-5bhp and more than likely need a remap, but would you access that 'usable power' on the road?

On the other hand, if it's a mod for the sake of a mod, the pride of having it wins hands down.;)

(I say this having owned a 2011 with R77 slip on. I don't rate myself highly as a rider, but I don't think I ever squeezed the max out of mine as it was.:()

If like me you ride all year round I would happily put a full system from either brand just for the fact they will hands down be of a far better quality than the Honda shite and I would imagine a lot lighter which is never a bad thing.

I know akra make a silencer for the RR8 which has both the cavle operated valve, fitting for the O2 sensor (which yoshi did not have), lighter than OEM and a couple of xtra BHP.
So unless you have modified the fueling to run the yoshi, your engine would not be as optimised as it could
