Jeanette is in the upswing of one of her 'must get fitter' jags at the moment but had punctures in both tyres on her bike. So I got her some new tyres and tubes, put them on, serviced the brakes, chain, derailleur and bearings for her so she could ride it safely. Before she took it out, she just kept on and on and on, 'you should get your's out of the shed too', 'it wouldn't hurt you to get out on your bike', 'it's a lovely day, we should both go on a bike ride'. Okay, okay, enough is enough. We'll go out together. But don't blame me if you get tired half way there!
