Had a play on my mates new ZX10R today expected to hate it but holyyy crap it was mental.. They have improved so much since I last tried one in 2010!! *goes to look for track bikes looks like the superstockers etc love them*
Haven't rode one but they feel so light when you sit on it.... Go like stink on track and prob best track bike out there IMO. Just couldn't own one on the road. By Christ is it ugly lol
I'll be getting a MY12 next for the Track as it's got the Traction control and decent ABS etc plus better suspension than my MY10 which in it's self handles sublimely and pulls harder than my MY12 Blade at the top end! A lot of Peeps told me that if you like a Blade you'll hate a ZX10 and vice versa! I love em both to be honest!
Personally I'd stay away from abs on track mate but each to their own. Said it before, but the zx10 will prob be my next track bike. Not for a while though, well happy with the blade
I test rode a 2013 a few weeks ago... bored lol It was a bloody awful riding position imo, great for track, but to agressive for the road. Engine is a stonker but still felt like the throttle wasnt directly linked to the engine, maybe just used to the blade and CB with custom maps etc but there was a real pause in reaction which I did not like. and agree with Jimbo its not going to win any prizes for looks
