    Took my mates '08 ZX10R to Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon park yesterday for a few photo's/ What do you think?

    It looks soooooo much better without that standard god awful exhaust.

    Used 2 SB600's. 1 above on a tri-pod pointing to the ground and the other on the ground pointing at the bike. The day was a bit bright but a little camera manipulation sorted that right out. Might wheel the CBR out for a few snaps too.

    Very nice shots but my eye keeps getting drawn to the exhaust which I do not like at all. I'd have preferred it with the standard, pretty nasty exhaust or one which isn't canted so far back.

    I liked the desaturated one best :)

    Tyres at night are also hard to separate from the background.
    What you could do - instead of lighting the tyre, pool some light on the tarmac behind it to bring the black tarmac up a stop or 2 ;)

    I see you have only 2 flashes, so you'd have to stack exposures or you could do a long exposure and light paint with mini softboxes or a torch
