Feedback can only be removed by eBay If the customer has left negative feedback for callous reasons the seller can request eBay to remove the feedback. If the customer left a negative or neutral feedback for a genuine reason because the seller did not a accurate description or maybe something else, then lets say the seller gives the buyer either a partial refund or puts right whatever the buyer was complaining about the seller can then send the buyer a feedback revision request which the buyer could decide to change it to a positive review if they wished or ignore it and leave it the same. But only eBay can remove feedback which they are very reluctant to do
