Feedback can only be removed by eBay If the customer has left negative feedback for callous reasons the seller can request eBay to remove the feedback. If the customer left a negative or neutral feedback for a genuine reason because the seller did not a accurate description or maybe something else, then lets say the seller gives the buyer either a partial refund or puts right whatever the buyer was complaining about the seller can then send the buyer a feedback revision request which the buyer could decide to change it to a positive review if they wished or ignore it and leave it the same. But only eBay can remove feedback which they are very reluctant to do
Thing is it was positive feedback saying thank you for my quickshifter, it arrived safe and well Has he removed it to hide the fact he sold it twice?

Martin, when you get the correct address, goggle street view it and post it up on You Tube. Good luck getting your money back.
Quick Google suggests that Ben and Lee are brothers. Elder brother called Steven, Mum and Dad are Carol and Darren. May be a coincidence but could be worth getting an account on 192
Looking at 192 and then searching bt directory an address comes up with a linked name at oldbury B69, full address there too.
Looking at this then suggest D Winwood is detailed on bt. I won't post address on here but for your info you have contact number and address.
What's the plan Marty? I was thinking of the posting a letter to him asking nicely for your money so he gets the hint you know where he is then maybe he will pay up quick sharp and then if he doesn't knock... Sometimes these things can be like poker games where you don't always wanna play your cards straight away If not let's have a forum meet on his drive
Write a letter. Send it recorded delivery. If he doesn't pay take him to the small claims court. Then arrange a visit
Oh come on boys, don’t go soft on me. I have already loaned my youngest son’s girlfriends rounder’s bat and got my old mum knitting the balaclavas. I don’t think she quite understood what I meant when I said its going to get colourful though.
