If I recall the banjo was too long and prone to leaking so 4 washers were needed to make sure it never leaked

You're better off cutting the bolt down than using extra washers or get a titanium banjo bolt from racebolt as they make them for the brembo master cylinders

I bought a banjo bolt from Hel performance. I called them before I bought it and they said they had never heard of fitment issues.

The Brembo RCS Banjo bolt has a slightly different pitch to it's thread compared to OEM one's.

You're best using the correct length using the minimum of copper crush washers.

It's not a good idea to stack crush washers against each other.

You should use 2 if one line is leaving the RCS and is then split further down the line and 3 if using 2 direct caliper lines as most Track/Race bikes use.

If you use two lines from the master I guess there are no issues or is the bolt provided only a small single size?

I just came back from checking everything out before removing the old master. The HEL lines are about 1mm smaller in height than the stock lines connector so I was a little worried about the banjo bolt after reading there are issues with it's length. If you had two HEL lines on the master it's going to be about 2mm shorter hence maybe why people are having issues with the Brembo banjo bolt.

I ordered the banjo bolts from HEL and I'm using a single on the master. I screwed the HEL single banjo all the way into the master without a line and from the master to the underside of the bolt it measured 9mm and with the stock line installed it measured about 13mm so should be no issues with the master and HEL lines with a HEL banjo!

Didn't want to drain all the fluid just to find out it doesnt fit.

I'm 99.999% sure it will fit with no dramas but won't know 100% until I have done it. Nearly 4 mm difference from where it bottomed out with no lines vs stock lines and if the HEL line is only 1mm shorter than stock it should be fine.

Replying to my own post lol.

Confirmed 100% the HEL single banjo fits fine with the HEL lines. Pain in the arse location though!
