Did you still get the ABS module cutting in when required Colin ? and if yes did the cut in threshold alter or change ?

I have heard if the replacement m/c is too big the pressure build up can be too greater and stops the ABS module relieving the pressure as it can't relieve the pressure quick enough to stop the front locking. If the above is true the reason for this I assume is the greater pressure generated by the larger m/c means the ABS is seeing more pressure than its design parameters.

As far as I can make out a lot of people who have fitted a Brembo RCS m/c have been advised to go for a small piston size like the 17 RCS or 15 RCS with which ever is closed to the OEM piston size but unless I m being thick (easily done) if you keep the same piston size then what gain are you making ?

The gain with the RCS is the adjustable fulcrum, it changes the characteristics of the lever, or the feel. Plus brembo engineering.

    Cheers for the comment Arthur.

TBH if there is no performance gain other than feel I m going to save my money

This is the connections on the micro switch loom that came supplied with my brembo RCS19 brake master cylinder, but they are not compatible with the honda connectors? Anybody else here has this issue? I know the connectors I require are a "blade" type, but I don't know anything about electrics.

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks!

I also used the assocaito MC bottle which works great with the brembo MC and is cheaper than the brembo version :) Mike at BDS is your man for these!
