I’ve had jump leads on it off my car and there’s no difference still real slow like a dead battery

It’s just over 12v when I hit the button the volt meter reads 5v and it turn over mega slow when u let go of the button battery jumps bk to 12.2
She won’t fire up off the button fuel pump primes and I can bump start it I’ve got a video but don’t know how to upload it ♂️
