    Same Dynojet tunes for 2004-2005 as 2006-2007??

    Unlikely as 04/05 has a different spec engine to 06/07 ie cams, compression etc.

    Front sproket

    The rental front sprocket on my Blade has a little side movement and the nut is tight. It's fine ,some replacement front sprockets fit like this.

    I have one, best helmet I've ever had. Very light , quiet an comfortable.Great quality. Much better than the Arai helmets I've owned.

    Radiator dimensions.

    You probably been sent a 04/05 Blade radiator, they have different coolant pipe postions an I think they are bigger ie longer.
