Was thinking more a battery tourque gun, as I've never owned either a torque wrench or a gun I wasn't aware if they can be used for lower torque...
Seems like I'll need a minimum of two. I've heard Teng are decent but the lifetime warranty is compelling.

It certainly does look like that, I was hoping I might be able to improve a scuff mark on a replacement swingarm I just recieved from ebay.
