I've put on a bit of a beer/food belly over the Christmas but I do have very skinny legs is there any way of transferring the Extra wait or will I just have to keep eating and drinking till it gets there it self ??

Benn, you beat me to it. LOL. When I was a fat as a racing snake and looked like my own xray, I had legs like two bits of string with knots where my knees were. But now they have to carry a chunky monkey around all day they really set of my stiletto heels and bulge with all the goodness that only a high fat diet can bring.

i have about 10 pounds to lose, got no intention of posting my new (slightly bigger) weight up, but i doesnt help when my OH just bought home 11 packets of Revels... I have been going at the diet/excercise thing for a couple of days, and will post up my weekly loss if i remember next monday
My 'Fat Club' officially starts today. I've actually gone and joined one to keep me focussed & motivated. I've also transferred my gym membership from where my old office was (15 miles away), to the club nearest me (3 miles), so I can go most mornings. Match fit for March!
Oh, and the real work hopefully starts on thursday as im at my 3rd physio appointment and hopefully they are giving me clearance for light gym work.
another hour down the gym this afternoon, 15 mins on x trainer, 30 minute run and 15 minutes on fit ball, tomorrow am booked in for vipr class, did that last week and couldnt walk for 3 days, even sitting on the toilet killed my legs and bum!! keep going guys!!
