It was Blade Honda in Reading, where I originally purchased the bike. I haven't been able to fault them - they've been 10/10 for customer service throughout my dealings with them, invited me to take their demo Panigale out for a ride, sorted warranty issues without a hiccup, so I feel a sense of loyalty to them. The only thing is the price of this service which seemed a little high, and it would appear so. Crowthorne isn't that far and actually would be closer than Reading to me. Cheers for the suggestion - I'll see what sort of price they charge. I would love to take the bike to Arthur but he's a fair old distance from me unfortunately. Sam
