Rear subframe is goosed, swingarm, top yolk, rearset, clocks, bracket - brake reservoir We thought about tilt switch, but it ran / worked at first - also it would 'almost fire' go bang / pop a fair bit Still gutted for him mind
Sorry Al, but I would question his skills as a highly experienced rider considering the location of his crash ie; not even making it onto the circuit!
Not racing till next year so will eat Shyte now then rabbit food from December to first race . Jay you on the red wine again . Lol
Fair play to you all for giving it a go in such bad weather. I noticed the tyres on the poor fella's R1 may not have helped the situation. I've never been out on wets, but have ordered some for Cadwell on Oct 28th just in case. I don't mind throwing the track bike down the road, but I'm not keen on throwing myself on to the tarmac, bearing in mind one of the Inters broke his collar bone there on Monday.
now now,we all crash, and for various reasons(as we both know!!!).experienced or not. i'm an experienced rider,on track and road, but my last crash was due to a slight lack in concentration, thats all it takes.
I suppose it is easily done racers falling off on warm up lap . Celebratory wheelie flip . Me forgetting to pump brake after fitting pads and going past noise check man then doing s complete lap of pits to rejoin Q lol twat
Same here Scooby, even the RAF accident investigation team use the term "human factors" to describe pilot error. Agree his tyres looked terrible cut / tread. Also the traction control may have been goosed as it never activated on the day , previous visits it was on a lot.
