For the r1 mate so for the road. Should be good though, read some good reports.

Racetecs on the blade though ;) although didn't they come standard with the new speed triple?? ;(

K3 come on triple, s1000rr but for track use you are better off with K1/K2 front and K2 rear a decent set of scrubs are only £100-£125 a pair so big saving over new @ over £250

I use K2 front and back on road now they are great, K3 was very good on road as well as there the proper job really but for the saving I love the K2 as I only ride in the summer months really and a few trackdays.

go through 3 rears a year min on dual compounds mate so need something a bit more durable.... tbh 2ct's, sportsmarts etc etc dont have any bother with on the road.... but then i've not run racetecs on road so cant comment - might try and never go back.....

got the K1 and 2 on the blade, but not tried them on track yet - cant wait!!

Did Cadwell, Dyno and 2000 road miles on k3 rear very impressed, I just love them so confidence is key !

You will love them they just grip and grip then grip some more, So stable it's unreal, best I have had !

Will fit some to my track bike ..... Once I get one :(

if you runing the OEM hanger and you dint do any alternation on the chain links then you should be find with all the tyres in the market ,i worked in greece for quite a time on one of the bigest motor bike tyre center and as a mechanic in theyr team you can easyly fit dunlops Kr's even the new diablos with the 60 profile

I was all set to get some tyres this week and to go for the 55 profile ,however looking at the bike owners manual 2011 it states that ....It is important to follow the tyre recommendations because the combined ABS computer works by comparing wheel speeds Incorrect tyres can affect wheel speed and confuse the ABS system .Sorry if this has been mentioned on another thread and i have looked .But has this issue been picked up before??
