I do my own mate. Any idea how much more power you will be looking at? Be interesting what the Dyno says once it's rebuilt.

    Hi

Did you have the bike dynoed before hand to see the benefits and where in the power curve it gained.

Do you have a power commander and an auto tune?

Would be nice to see what it done to the fuelling map also?

    Regards Paul

i reckon he should be putting out at least 180 rear wheel with that head...
I assume getting the head work done, theres different cams in there?

HI , so everything on the same dyno.

initially stock my bike was 156 hp at the wheel with an arrow slip on and pc5 .

I jumped from 156 to 170 with very big torque, always at the wheel with reprofiled cam, thinner head and base gasket, air filter and good fuel and ignition mapping with ARATA system.

But i burn some oil and my tuner can't make a precise tune. So with new cylinder block, Wiseco 13,5 piston and full head work i think i ll make around 175/180 at the wheel but with a lot of midrange, cause this is what i want.

You can see my dynograph on the Pictures and video section ( before and after ).

yes, reprofiled cams they seems like HRC last version, but with less lift cause it's a road bike and we looking after midrange not all after 10k. This engine is full like an egg ! It pull like a bull the entire rev range.

I'm very anxious to see this new and definitive result !

I had 174.9 on the rear wheel with my 09 bike, tenkate arrow system, BMC airfilter and PC5, so surely you've got a bit more... I had about 110/112 torque if I can remember well, pity my laptop hard disk crashed a few weeks ago otherwise I would post the dyno graph....
I'm hoping to put out 175 with my 2013 blade, shoud be on the dyno next week

Don't look the blue line ! lol they re pc5 untune.

last run was reprofiled cams, better compression and full system with a map took on power commander site waiting to custom tune.

Mine has 178 on the rear wheel just by tuning the hrc ecu (+17hp).. Hp numbers are redicoulous to compare between bikes, tuners and test benches :)

All dynos are a rubber ruler, if using the same Dyno, operator and monitor condition they can be repeatable.

Even then you have to be careful not to fool yourself into believing what it reads !!
