I've been using these settings for 2 years now on my 13 plate, I'm 16.5st in normal clothes so probably 17st ish maybe a bit more in leathers, been perfect for me apart from rear pegs clipped my hugger with the Mrs on back. So I took her off :p with the daughter on it's fine:cool:

there are 10 notches in the underneath adjuster, if I remember right 1 is turning left (towards front wheel) through to 10 turning right(towards back) on the stand side of the bike, hope this helps

Sorry fella, but if you have to ask that maybe you shouldnt be playing with stuff!
It is obvious when you look at the standard shock which way stiffens it up!

Whilst we're all enjoying this old thread, I might as well ask...

Any reason these settings wont apply to my 15 plate blade? ...feel like giving them a try o_O

No reason why not, don't think anything changed between 13 and 15 apart from rider position and small internal engine adjustments

Actually, 14 onward have 2 extra clicks on front compression compared to 12 and 13.

That frt preload setting is unusual given your weight.. 2 turns softer than standard ?
