No I never said it looks like an R1 I said the minimal size cut away fairing showing the oil filter is R1 esq, and yeah the finish on the wheels is poor, looks like they had a cheap respray, the suspension and dash is sexy though

Went for oil and filter for mine today while there had a sit and a noisey at new un in red! Nice bike if i was buying now new i would buy it for obv reasons but no way upgrade! and i personally think the wheels look shit and dash is alright!! One thing i did notice after a good mess with plastics etc build quality seems a bit suzuki ish has the suspension made honda down grade everthing else hmmm
Haha Suzuki does have shit build compared to Honda though mate I should no I've repaired enough threads into em Granted me mate is a beast at tightening shit.. Wait till you see his snap arrangement pics to follow next garage night it's his mums garage as well you will laugh still got stuff wrapped haha! Going of subject here but yeah all Suzuki are poop Honda all the way BUT the k5 1000 is where they got it right
I ain't even getting into this one, the build quality is not far off now and I'd take my 2010 over 2005 GSXR all day long, the 05 is not a better bike at all than the current it just made more of an impact back then if my 2010 bike was released in 2005 it would be the other way round it's simply an icon which I accept. If the k5 was better they wouldn't of sold so many of the predecessors blah blah blah blah
Well that's down to taste isn't it n I love the GSXR's, I think to say they look shit is a bit ott but it's your opinion and your welcome to it. Having both the current bikes on the range of the two manufacturers their ain't much build quality wise between them IMO but as a rule the finish of the blade seems a bit better. I know my GSXR don't burn a drop if oil though and their has never been been question marks over the motors on them, can't same the same for the blade and I own one ;-)
