So .... my engine is open since 2 days. I'm waiting for a new oil pump and after i ll close with its news goodies : Wiesco piston, KWS head, new cylinder, new valves, new bearings, PTH and PTV perfect. I ll dyno it next month to see what happen .....
Yes std bore but 13.5 comp. I would like +2mm piston but the cylinder wall are too thin and i'm in south of france , summer is hot, too risky.
So, engine on the way ..... 2 days and it will be good ...... - Wiseco 13,5 piston - new cylinder block - KWS head : ported and CNC valve job on a completely new head ( head , valves, spring etc ) - my old reprofiled cams - new SprintFilter - new rod and shell bearing - new 3th gears from Nova Racing, more strong and treatment You can see the amount of **** under the valve and the big oil on the top on the previous pistons .... -
So ....head mount today, with 0,68mm wiseco gasket, i got a 0,6 squish ( PTH ), i ll measure PTV tomorrow, but now i have already command an HRC 0,75 gasket, cause 0,6 afraid me with heat this summer , with 0,75 gasket , i ll run 0,7 PTH..... waiting ....
ENGINE CLOSED !!!! Wiseco makes things good ..... finally i ve kept my quench at 0;63 and i ve PTV > 2,8 mm ..... just perfect ...... Tomorrow i put int in frame and go in break in !!! I can't wait !!! Remontage définitif demain avant le Gp ou Lundi matin .;.;;;..;; mouhahahaahahahah j'en peux plus !!!
So after 500 kms, i can say i love this new engine...... and my level of oil didn't move ..... i like it more ! I can't wait to ride it after good fueling and ignition tuning next month !
yes it is ! Dyno tomorrow , ignition and fueling .... i'm curious to see results. This week, new windscreen Zero Gravity MARC 1 and Sport Touring ( i ll try both ) and PP Tuning rear set. And that will be all for this years .... After 1300kms, no oil consumption ...... mission perfect ! Maybe a new war paint this summer to sublime wheels and brakes ... i was thinking about the R1 2013 Mat grey ....
Thanks ! So , finally i ve got 185 RWhp and 11,66 M.Kg torque ..... with more than 10M.Kg from 6000 to 13 000 Rpm ! i will have to go to the fitness more often ! At first with stock engine with slip on and pc5 tuned, I've got 155 RWhp and 10,62 torque. So i add it 30rwhp and 1 Mkg opt torque .... on the same dyno and around the same temperature and tires. Not so bad for a Blade.... lol
Oh yeah thanks ! I'm happy cause i pull it out with a new engine 1200 Kms, break in oil and D211 tyre with 1,6 bar inside.... i ll ride it 10 000 Kms and just dyno it with good oil, with my tuner we think it ll be around 188/189 and a little bit more torque with more miles. I have mount my new PP tuning rear set, more confortable for my tall. Tomorrow we go to a one day trip in French Alpes ! I will post the dyno sheet wham my friend send it to me, i ve ask him to superpose my first dyno slip on pc5 with the latest to see the overall gains.
