Weather update according BBC website based on where we will be:- Today, Hawick, sunny till 3pm then rain. Friday morning, Galashiels, sunny/cloudy till 1pm then rain. Friday midday, Edinburgh. Sunny till 12 then with a 30% chance of rain. Friday afternoon, Grantown on Spey, light rain most of the day but bright all afternoon. Saturday morning, Grantown, Light rain in the morning Saturday midday, Inverness, cloudy & rain (this is the worst bit). Saturday aftenoon, Fort William, rain till around 4pm then warming up a little (we'll be arriving when it starts to dry, hopefully). Sunday morning, Fort William, cloudy till 10 then rain Sunday midday, Glasgow, dry all day but cloudy midday (sun should be out from early morning, so should be dry roads). Sunday afternoon, moffat, mainly cloudy, then rain from 4pm Monday morning, moffat, cloudy all morning. Just to add, all of this information is subject to change and will vary between destination. Also, at no point does the temperature go below 8deg, although we may be open to the wind element at times. I'll be setting off for Hawick this afternoon, so i'll see you at the pub this evening.
Jimbo as you arrive in Cheshire you may be alarmed to see that the landscape has changed ! Don't worry though we call them fields which are green and the black and white objects would be cows ( Might be worth a photo for the grand kids ) See you shortly X
Knockhill seems to generate its own micro climate so weather could be totally opposite to anywhere else within 20 mile radius but I am going to try and meet up with the tour either at knockers or queensferry 2morro

Yeah it's a bit wet. Gonna be late for the meal as I've just left the a1 at the a68 to Jedburgh. Still about 1 he 20 min away.
