Thanks mate the only thing is mate your arse looks much the same in yer jeans! We can blame Giv for yer swollen butt he must have thot he was back on his Blade Gaz!
Yup. Illegal after 1200 miles. Shagged after 1400.... Most miles done in the wet also!! Good grip, shit durability. Not the best £150 4 day investment ever made
I would send the fcukers a nippy email Jimbo that just ain't good enough mate 150 of your hard earned should go way further than 1200 miles!
I've just realised why I have such a soft spot for Jimbo. In every picture he reminds me of one of my all time hero's.
Managed to get out and wash and polish the bike after its 3 days living as a tramp. I think it needed it Gave the bike a 2 wash clean, before shammy drying it, polishing it with Auto Glyms, and then finishing off with Maguires wax. Look a bit better now
I've managed to get a hole in the nose cone, one in the headlight and one in the right hand indicator glass and I can't even begin to count the chips in the paint ...........................wished I'd have bought the venture shield now !! Never mind each scar is a fond memory
Yea Venture shield works a treat mate, mine is covered in the stuff. Having said that I don't think anything would have saved Lee's nose cone from whatever decided to wear itself into it.
Done nothing but friggin work since moment I got back! Another 13 hour day today and tomorrow to come
Gents, sorry this is late, was knackered last night when I got off the bike. Just want to say a huge thanks to everyone on the trip for letting me come along - despite being a Gixxer fiend! Al and Colin, you lads did a sterling job organising it all, I know how much of a pain in the arse it is to try and please a group on tour, and you lads ticked every box. There were some real characters and some incredible riders, it was a pleasure from start to finish depsite the rain....... and hail! I need to go through my pics and vids and if any are any good I'll post them up for you. I'm currently down near Lands End, still in the pissing rain and howling gales. Going to Lands End first thing in the morning before heading back towards London, hopefully to pick up my Russian visa, then heading over to France and beyond. Thanks again lads, hope to meet up again when I get back next year. Stay safe and stay on it. 'BOWOWWWWWWWWWWwwwwwwwwwwwwww'!
It was a pleasure to meet you Bruce, and I wish you all the very best in your adventure big man. A true gent and an inspiration to us all.
