    Just worked out the fuel cost of the trip.

    1180 Miles,
    144.48 Litres,
    31.79 Gallons,
    16.4 Pence per mile,
    133.9 Average price (p per Litre),
    £193.46 Total fuel cost,
    37.12 MPG.


    Also had word back from Lee who came off his Gixxer on the way up, he has since been back to hospital and they confirm 3 broken ribs and a fractured collar bone. Poor sod, although he still wants to go again next year.

    Well I've managed to upload the Tour of Scotland parade laps via my HTC One :confused: as my laptop didn't want to know STRANGE!! All in glorious HD! Sweet!!:D

    front wheel clean - only as I was having a new tyre put on it

    Weather this weekend (which was one option) is terrible - flooding and all sorts

    Feels like a world away last weekend - video coming together but still loads of work to do.

    We have some good video footage and pictures still rearing their heads, the pictures of Lee's bike not so, great work guys, keep it coming, the "old pro" has yet to show his hand, but knowing his videos as I do, it will be worth the wait.

    Goat Trek!!! Are you being a bit of a Diva Mike with you playing the lead roll in that production? I heard it's often a pain on a location shot but you do play a fabulous roll darling :D

    I love the goat track - done it 3 times on the Blade - must admit its better in bright sunshine than cloud

    still amazed how long it took those really slow lot to pull over to let us pass on the way down to lunch

    Bike finally clean - chain took bloody ages - spocket cover is being removed next time as its got to be minging - Grommet fitted in tail tidy as fed up with mud / water getting in 'boot' area - partial success as wire to number plate lamp snapped in half...
