So it would be a 2014 with a few tweaks on the mechanicals then like blueprinted engine rather than a 2014 with colour and bodywork tweaks
starting early with these premonitions aren't we??? Can't we just all revisit this in about 7 months and let all the rags do there speculating in the meantime???
I think we'll have a totally different bike. It won't be a Fireblade though. It will be a V4 with an RC moniker to cash in on the MotoGP development. If it doesn't happen next year, then surely the year after. I will miss the ol' fireblade, though they may carry on making them for a year or 2 after. For me The new bike will need to maintain all the 'total control' fundamentals that the blade had. It will undoubtedly have electronics, but I pray they are minimally invasive and are switch off-able. If it's a techno whizz bang bike, I'll probably stick with what I already have, or try and pick up a low mileage SP.
