Not keen on all those bolt on heat shield things ont exhaust , or that big box underneath , is that the cat ?
Yes its a shame the fairing couldn't cover that? but I guess we all change our exhausts at some point? but yeah could a cat? it is slightly ugly, no doubt to fit some damn EU thing?
Those front lights look horrid, but view the bike from above they might not be as visable.. Think it's one which will look a lot better in the flesh..
Looks hideous to me! Another track focused bike Back in the real world I'll stick with me Blade thanks.............like the dash though.
Can't wait to see it in at NEC, initial impressions looks gooorgeous. As usual change can and fit a tail tidy to improve what is a stunning looking machine, as much as I love my blade this looks something a bit special. Who's going to buy a BMW 1000rr now ?
There's always this one... https://www.facebook.com/index.php?...0.1415094728./846733348700719/?type=1&theater
Very nice but why did they have to do the engine in silver ? If I could afford it I think i would have one in the garage.
Its a supersports bike. If you want a non race focused bike get an upright? This bike is designed in the majority so that race teams can stick bodywork on and go win races... then the punters want replicas.
For me its one of these bikes who have to see in the flesh to really make your mind up about it. But the pics certainly look promising though, with a nice aftermarket pipe on it i bet it would look 100 times better in pictures. Did anybody watch the presentation? How bad was the guy trying speak about their flagship bike? That was painfall
weird thing to say from the owner of a super sports bike, which is essentially a track bike for the road? if you don't like track focused bikes, best sell the blade and go and buy a tourer
Would like to see it in the flesh before deciding if I like the looks or not. Blue and silver colour scheme looks pretty much like the MV Augusta range, but I suppose it's hard to come up with something new. Will be interesting to see how well it handles, very well I would imagine.
I like it, its not until you look up close you see the detail, tbh its right up my street, imo it looks NEW and improved..
Depending on what Suzuki do with the GSXR (we know its getting ABS) it could push the Blade into 4th spot in the tech stakes, but if price remains considerably lower than the R1 ZX10 it will still sell well - end of day its better than most riders will ever know, and its prob. the bad riders who need / want all the rider aids as they are not used to riding a litre bike anywhere close to its limits.
