Daz that exhaust does not look out of place as standard. Very nice bike enjoy and stay safe your a lucky chap. And the paint scheme is out of this world esp with the engine casing in that colour contrasts bike

Hi daz sorry I'm packing for almeria tomo I got it from park rd power bikes yamaha in southampton I had to go blue didn't have enough for the akrapovic yet lol I can't wait ill need some advice how long is the run in period I'm going to use it for the rd to start with then track it iv still got my blade but will prob sell it to help fund this weapon I'm buzzing lol

The suspension up to press feels very good jimbo. It's set hard so I've had to soften it off a touch for the road.. Feels good outta the crate for circuits tho . I'll be on track with mine soon Phil.. I was advised to get the first service done tho to ensure Theres no gremlins before she gets her legs stretched.. I've got a tail tidy on mine which shoukd give me a bit more
Hi jimbo when I sat on it today I must admit it felt tall considering it's a small bike my blade has ttx rear k tec front it's a very hard ride but feels planted I promised myself I'd never ride on the rd again but I have to run the r1 in ect and tbh I'll be shitting myself taking it on track the first time I know it's going to feel very soft just by sitting on it today but I can get it set up for my weight ect the first thing is I'll change the exhaust once I have some spare cash or when the blade sells ill prob get rid of my hm dash and brembo hpk discs ect separate I got spare fairings all sorts and then I'll turn this weapon into its full glory with some luck well that's my plan
No doubt it's awesome but I'd be surprised if stock suspension will cope with hard track work mate.... Times wise prob not too bad but tyre wear maybe not? Mine on blade was night and day, yes the rear shock on mine isn't great stock, but jase's on his bmw was chewing tyres also... And he said ohlins felt incredible. Mine was fine on track days tbh but when I started racing, short hard stints and it just couldn't cope.... I really fancy one tbh, but I'm not building a race bike from stock again! It's cost me a bomb.... I think ill wait till end of next season when they are filtering down from superstock classes Or rich boys track toys like you daz

I was in the same mind set bud but let's be honest what more does this bike need apart from suspension and a set or rearsets and engine case covers and the new aprillia are 18k I fully agree with what ur saying I bought my blade already done but this bike has most of it already
I'm in both mate newcomers and the cup I'm an inters rider really I'm not quick by all means I'm treating it as track time try to improve a bit
Totally agree pal, it really is a shock and internals job. And ya good to go. Prob just a shock for now.... I raced last year with stock front end tbh. Might of been cost effective to get the M ha ha.... The aprillia is shod with ohlins though. And id be worried about it lasting the hammering of racing (although bloke in No limits hadn't hd any issues with an older one tbh) Either way, who cares, it's seems its the nuts and you got a new bike to play with lol

Yeah exactly mate I'd have to sell my ass for the r1m mate the last time I had a brand new bike was the day I picked up my rs125 at 17 I'm sick of waiting on honda and that r1 just blew me away I think it's a game changer all u see on race grids are bmw and zx10 nothing wrong with them coz I was close to buying both but the r1 I saw at brands bsb Adam jenkinsons new r1 and straight away I wanted it we can have a chat at donny mate a beer or 2 sat evening while the endurance is on
