    If it were a KTM it would be "ready to race" but it not its a Ducati and its "developed for the track" ...lol

    Hmmm don't think it's enough to consider I love the idea but for £12500 you can buy a lot that it will not match S1000RR, ZX10r etc!

    I will have a go but think I would regret putting the S1000RR in against one next Spring.

    I expect some new bikes for 2014, including Honda.
    We will see what they have to offer.

    I think the 12.5 k is good value. Four grand less than an 1199 and its not missing four grands worth of specification IMO.

    I think it will steal sales of Honda. Not a lot more expensive than a Blade but with a much higher specification, desirability factor and will hold its value much better.

    Honda need to revamp the Blade with a big update like 2008. If a small volume manufacturer like Ducati can produce a 900cc motorcycle with traction, rider modes, abs etc.......for 12.5k Then Honda need to sprinkle some HRC fairy dust over the Blade IMO if they want to stay in the superbike sector.
