Carrying on up the river, got my second wind now, getting back into the swing of it.* Cold wet crap so it is! Nice spot to live? Free ferry, one of the few things the Goan government give its residents .* Now these boys earn their corn.* They dredge the bottom for the sand, no fancy cranes here. A large bucket a rope and a series of bamboo canes.* A big deal going on with these guys at the moment.* Illegal dredging and make shift jetties are altering the course of the river, damaging the habitat.* * This little chap wanted to appear on 1000rr.co.uk Sorry, did the sunset, can't forget the sunrise on the river.
