Oooo...like that idea ..a lot.. Why is all the trick kit in the US .. I notice there ain't a price tag for the kit though..I suppose, if you have to ask you can't afford it
Must say Im quite tempted by that turbo kit for later upgrades.. Would want a new main bike first though and then turbo the project bike and keep it for special occasions group buy!!!!
Wonder what it's 0-60 time is. I was reading, just the other day, a road test* of an '06 GSX-R1000 that recorded a time of 2.35 seconds. That'll take some beating. Is there a lower limit (2 seconds?) for a standard geometry road bike below which launch, traction and anti wheelie controls kick in to prevent a bike just looping the loop. *Performance Index Winter '13/' - Motorcycle Consumer News.
Nicko the gsxr k5/6 is still the fastest production bike to date not bad for a ten year old bike, those who are thinking bull shit check out wicki about gsxr Won't ever sell this one took a long time to get a minter 4 k on clock and moth balked for 6 years
. WOW! That is one beautiful machine. Was pleasantly surprised to see, according to that list, that the LARD BUCKET 'VFR 1200' I've just re-placed the 'blade with came a close second at 2.70
the kit price (from memory) was there if you clicked the links.. again from memory $3500 USD?? will take a look and see if I can find it
$3500 (£2100) isn't that much considering the items in the box...a brand new turbo will cost around £800, then that cnc billet airbox... Shame it doesn't include a spare gearbox for when the existing one goes bang with those extra ponies..
just tried calling them as the link I had doesnt seem to be there now. Was a price for the whole kit what you got for it.. they didnt pick up the phone so will try them again shortly..
