There's truth in the adage 'life's not a rehearsal' mate.

    Rest In Peace guys.

A friend at work lost his nephew in Afganistan, whilst another work mate's son watched his best mate get blown to pieces by an IED. As you can imagine it really messed him up.

Rest in Peace, heroes, taken so unjustly, and in such a cowardly manner. Don't know how family and friends cope with this, not sure I could tbh.

My thought are with the family and friends of these brave lads, I lost friends and colleagues in Iraq who will never be forgotten, their sacrifice was the ultimate one, for their friends and loved ones, for the country they hold so dear to there hearts.

I think my self lucky to be back home with my wife and children.

Every time we lose another service man or woman, I too think what a tragic waste of life, but they are there to do their job, they are good at it and will never stop giving 100% because they are the best and they are proud to protect our interests and home and abroad.
