If you use them on public highways your done for "Perverting the course of justice" Your bike impounded and instant BAN! But still look cool on show bikes!
Just at the side of the 'ejector seat' and two right from the 'Speed camera Exaset Missile launchers!
Can i bring your attention to the "Right to travel without interference" act from the Magna Carta. Crown Law and out ranks all other laws ! It isn't until you agree to a manipulated verbal contract by a Police man that their powers can be used. Although speeding is an "illegal act" its not an "Unlawful" one. The Crown Law is Lawful, State law, drawn up as a policy by a government is "Legal" but only a policy if you agree to stand under it ! It is your right not to have to as a citizen ! Police, as the name suggests are Policy enforcers and nothing more, all the rest is by chance that you agree to there policies. IE, when Mr Rozzer says, "Do you understand", its a manipulation and means "Do you stand under", (the law of the government) ! You don't have to by right !! Its deep and gets deeper... By the rights of "Free man of the land", you also have the right to de register your vehicle with the DVLA and not wear a number plate or have to pay road tax. It is your right and registrations are just another way they get you to unwittingly agree to there laws, not the Crowns ! Also, while I'm feel pedantic, not having a number plate on usually only carries a fixed penalty of £60 Police are also told not to pursue a speeding vehicle if it deems the person in pursuit could be put at risk by being pursued. Example: A policeman told me "If i was going to commit a crime, id do it on a bike because we have been told not to chase bikes if they are going too fast incase the guy comes of and hurts or kills himself as we will be held accountable for chasing him and making him go faster" (Cheers for the tip Mr Roz) Hopefully that'll give you all something to ponder over your cornflakes
Blimey Blackness that's far to complicated for a Saturday morning!!!!! I ever get pulled over I'm calling you!
Hi Blackness - I see this Freeman of the Land BS most weeks in the job I do. I would not recommend using this as a valid defence in any type of court case. I am yet to see any Freeman of the Land win a case in this country using a similar defence. However, there are numerous examples where the Freeman of the Land got done for contempt of court or worse. Please let me know if I am wrong and you know of a successful defence.
2 parking tickets and 1 seat belt offence so far. I agree, the whole free man thing can bring so much **** down on you because the law never likes a non conformist and you'll end up persecuted by them, but i know a few people now that have also played there rights card and said the right things, or more to the point, haven't said the wrong things, and beaten the police at there own game ! May i ask what you do, as you come up against this most weeks ?
