You have a couple of choices:

Pull the fuse only - Essentially pulling the fuse keeps the ABS valves closed so bypasses the ABS pumps enabling a direct hydraulic connection between the master and caliper. This is completely reversible and the bike will work exactly the same way as a non ABS.
Some have added a switch over the fuse so you can activate whenever - most add it so the ABS can be reset easily after an error.

Just replace the lines - Replace the soft lines with conventional braided lines so there is a permanent direct connection from the master to the caliper. Allows you to use any line configuration you want. As the ABS pumps/ modulators are still in situ you will need to bung the hard lines.

Dump the whole lot! - Takes about a day to rip out and amend the harness, better weight savings than a fancy exhaust and lithium battery!

From what I understand, the last character is the colour code (e.g. wheel might be black / orange / gold etc)

Some more good news, now the wheels officially got lost during the delivery! Came all the way to Germany from the US, and somehow got lost afterwards :)
Says "delivered" to the address of "n/a" on ebay, when I didn't receive anything. Hopefully I can at least get my money back, so much time wasted waiting for these though. Now have to some how find repsol wheels again, good times

    That's a bugger mate.
Maybe consider buying a whole bike that's going cheap, its sometimes cheaper to do that than buying the parts.

Strip off what you want then ring scrap man to come and collect the rest. Just a thought

Looks like we have a story with a happy ending after all. Went through all of my local post offices and finally after 7 different locations, I found where it was. I have no idea what happened, but they just kind of shoved it into storage. Really happy I got them in the end, and the ebay seller didn't have to lose on ~1k during these times. Ebay was quick to tell me I need to just get a full refund, as it was delivered to an unknown address, and they had no idea where the parcel is.

I'm glad it's worked out for you but I would be interested to know if the packaging clearly showed your name and address or not?
A number of parcel handlers appear to "just give up" or "cant be arsed" even when properly addressed these days:(

Exactly I just wonder if the wheels were too large and too awkward for them to be arsed about delivering them.

Late to the party here, but if you’ve got bent or damaged wheels, discs etc. Maidstone Motorliner are a good bet to start with, had good results from them in the past.

For now I kept the ABS, as the guy who fitted the wheels for me charged nothing for the drilling, and I need the bike to commute :) I'll see about removing ABS in the future, but for now it's working really well
