Welcome to the forum mate! Great looking blade and awesome scenery, only one gripe............NINJA..........!!!!????? Dude.......Get with the program!!!!
My blade taken on same road, this was heading from Castellane to Barcelonette last June Cracking looking Blade and looks like another Ventura user?
We were there at the same time. I think I know where you took yours. Phone wont let me upload my pic taken in the same place. Yes Ventura and a clip on Givi tank bag. Good for 2 weeks camping! I got caught speeding on the N85 just outside Baremme in Sept last year. €750 fine banned for 6 months and bike confiscated. I had to get someone to ride it to Italy for me! Bloody nightmare.
Welcome ninja, that's a bit of France I've not done yet, but looks excellent, was going to head Bordeaux way this year, but maybe I should reconsider.
Bordeaux is a bit flat, busy and boring. Either go past Bordeaux and carry on the the Pyrenees...the Spanish side is much better than the French side....or head over towards the Alps. You can actually visit both if you have about 10 or 12 days.
Cheers, I've always turned left after getting off the zeebrugge boat in the past, Luxembourg or Germany - so this year we just thought we'd do the opposite, but not having been before its a bit hit and miss where we end up. Good to have a destination in mind though and that part of France does look suitably fast and bendy, can just see myself grabbing a beer in Cannes!
:Have a look at Alblades trip review here. http://1000rr.co.uk/touring/9221.htm I go down that way a couple of times a year. It's fantastic......as long as they dont catch you!
