Im after the same thing myself, not for castle combe but just to get it down to 100 say so i haven't got to use the db killer, I'm half tempted to get something made at longlife exhausts

Rode Pembrey for the first time last weekend and it was a far far better track than I was expecting. Theres no garages and very little power but I found the track brilliant.

Breaking from about 140mph to 30 for the first corner is pretty intense whilst praying someone doesn't T-bone you as you turn in and the kink on the back straight taken at over 100mph is mega and a bit scary.

Getting a weekend pass from Mrs T is the hard part. How are they on sound testing, it's listed as 102DB but I am sure I read some where they are quite lax?

They weren't too rigid on sound testing but then again it was a race weekend.

Thanks - it could be useful. I tried using a sound app on the phone and its not that accurate. I was looking at a GP2 slip-on, arrow claim 101DB at 6000RPM on their web site. Not sure how accurate that is or weather that would even pass CC 9750RPM test.

    Pembrey is great :D
Hoping to get over there soon on one of the Phil Bevan days. I always thought they were quite strict on the 102 limit, last time I was there a few failed :/
