That way, Martin can see at a glance what the best option will be.

Okay, just filled out the poll, unfortunately due to shifts it looks like I've only got two choices in that date range, 3rd July or 31st July... Thanks again to all involved in fixing this up, I'll just keep my fingers crossed now!

I have seen far worse on our roads, where if you come off you have a far greater risk of hitting something hard Will we be renting bikes for road riding next? To me track riding is a safer place to be than the roads Still, enjoy your day
Sorry but no way I can make it this year Mortgage extension is taking to long and we may lose our builder which will delay everything and won't be able to rent out the annex.

Due to being let down at work, I can't make the July 31st slot I ticked which is really anoying as it seems to most popular date so far!
It's looking like it's turning into a Herding Cats problem, given the spread of availability. Maybe just plump for a date and see who wants in? (btw, you should be able to modify your choices on the page) EDIT: Actually there's a straight 2 dates where we're not overlapping - 4 could do Wed 3rd (me, Carl, Jokeshopbeard, Soonbedead), the other 6 do Wed 14th. Not ideal as we'll be split over two but probably going to be the closest we'll get to satisfying everyone?
I have an idea that may work, they will offer a discount with a large group booking of 10+ Once all dates are I may be able to persuade them to let us if we booked 2 smaller groups but all booked at same time. Does that make sense? 5 in July 5 in August. Ok we don't all meet up unfortunately but all save cash and still meet in smaller groups
Good job I am an ex Ducati rider then Martin ! sounds like a plan on the two groups of five, I cant do jan but aug should be good as long as work commitments dont change
There's still some more people to get back with dates yet so will see what they come back with. How do people feel about Aug 21st on the later list? This is easiest to sort for me as I'm already on hols from work
