The old git was up to his old noise tricks today, breaking up concrete with a sledge hammer and sending chips of concrete up over the 6 ft 6 in fence. Had to keep my 6 yr old in because of the flying bits. Also had to put the bike under the car port to stop any risk.....grrrrrrrrr. I have recorded the noise and stored it, as I will every day the turd creates a noise, then I shall have a chat with Environmental Health.
