Haha. I told the guy from Scorpion Technical that I felt like someone had lifted £39 from my wallet and given me an off cut of pipe for my trouble!
saend the f##### back that does not look like any baffle I have seen. looks more like a tail extender
Out - unless I'm doing early morning ride outsduring the summer months. Can't say I've ever seen any difference in fuel consumption
I leave the baffle out of my akra megaphone all the time now and yesterday I opened it up coming home on a bypass where it echos and screams wonderfully on bits of it... Got home and there's a text message from a biker mate who I'd apparently passed in his car... Was that you on the ####### at 3.20 you noisy bugger...heard you before I saw you! I melted into a little warm glowing bundle of self satisfaction....and the grin eventually wore off a few hours later You don't get that with all this future electric bike malarkey....
In my old age I'm actually enjoying the standard can and being able to enjoy the ride without earplugs. My previous Yoshi I always had the baffle out, though I ride very conservatively in my neighbourhood I always got the blame for any noisy cans south of Watford. I do enjoy the OEM 'Sonic Boom' at 4k though!
I could get the Leo vince on the old bike to pop & flame sometimes like crazy when I took the baffle out of it & that made me laugh every time Can't get this one to pop though!?! is that because the remap has smoothed everything out and the fuelling?!?
Love the Racefit on mine...often I can set some car alarms off in the underground car park here at work...always fun to be had
Lol...love it I think my neighbour is this woman's sister...she's funny as f#ck and just like this when I have my running on the drive and start revving it .....I'll try and get her on vid next time she has a jeffrey at me
I am fortunate to have not been barrelled by a neighbour. Seem fairly good and tolerant around me. Only have a couple of 'loudish' bikes, but it's great fun smoking out the street when I start the NS400R.
Neighbours, I remember them Wife used to be able to hear me coming home on the blade from a mile away, could tell it was me when I used to manually blip down the gears entering the nearby village. Oh the sweet sound if the Akra.
I am missing my VTR for this reason. I had low lever two brothers on it and used to light the road up with the flames that came out of it
My Yoshi GP Force came without the baffle - was pretty loud, definitely too loud to pass noise regs at a track day. Finally tracked down the correct baffle, from here: https://ixtem-moto.com/Db-Killer-Yo...a-CBR1000RR-04-05-(138-138-5715)_p115463.html It turned up, I wrapped it in wadding, fitted it. Bike much quieter, but I reckon still too loud at 5500rpm to pass noise regs. We'll find out when I make it to the first track day of the year in a few weeks. For road riding though I'm caught in two minds. For London riding the more noise generally the better - people always stepping out from behind buses, cars changing lanes impulsively. Anything you can do to improve your visibility or audibility the better. But equally I don't like being one of those antisocial dicks... Tough call!
Correct on wrong button but whilst I live in Lincolnshire I'm not from there Is that duelling banjos I hear
