Thats HW45 is huge..i think i will get fed up of loading after every shot.

even though i left a £10 deposit..am having second thoughts now that i am home..

the shop did not feel warm, the guy was not welcoming at all, and only answered the questions i asked..

got me thinking what is something is wrong with the gun..for £75 more i can have a brand new one!

Also he said the grips are upgraded...looking here they are standard...

    Air Pistols

    anyone?

Looks standard to me, very nice but as already said can you be arsed to load every time.

That is why I am looking at Co2 ones with multi shot.

Was that from a proper gun shop where he could order or already have other guns so you didn't lose the £10 ( Not that it is a fortune ) Better to lose £10 than get home and after half an hour be wishing you hadn't bought it.

I was looking at something like this,

    CO2 : Umarex Race gun

    Well..

this was the shop The Essex Gun Web Site for unrivalled friendly advice and service

just called this one very local to me had the pages open from the morning search and forgot to call them!

They have a black one that's 10 mins old - a guy bought it new from them fired few pellets and returned it and bought a rifle instead

    They want £195 for it..

    http://www.internationalfirearms.co.uk/

so if i just buy this i only loose £5 - and its new and unmarked..

will call the shop - i doubt they can or will refund my card without me being there..and its a good 45 min drive away..(15miles)

At the price diff I'd go new and get the Black one as it's more desirable and will be easier to sell on if/when U get bored.

Good point on the loading as Kids may get bored.

Think the xray went went well update the post when I got some energy...

Left the silver one..took a loss of £10...was not happy with the service provided..even though i prefered the silver over black..

    For £200

I got a gun that is new..boxed with instructions
    Free 500 pellets
    Free metal target
    Paper targets
    Good service

Anyone know ths law around carrying this in the boot in a secure box? So what if I keep it there for days? As I may take it to my brothers house or other places to shoot?

You can keep a firearm in the boot as long as you are with the car ie to and fro shooting venue. If it's parked up in the street it's down to you mate.In a secure box is good but leaving it in there it will go rusty with damp.if you get pulled over u will need a good explanation.

I do miss shooting proper gats :(

Spent many happy times turning rounds into empty cases.
