bar conversions

    I'm sure someone will come along soon to confirm but all the legs from 08 onwards are the same diameter :)

    That is a decent price for them but do they come with the ' Risers ' ? The bars and risers are two separate parts, a lot of people just buy the bars and replace their standard with them, its the risers that make the position of the rider go higher and closer to the bike.

    Nope ........ no risers

    I used them to get a different angle for my wrists not for the height

    So what are the best type of bars, does anyone have experience with different makes?

    Yes I use Gilles they are very good, easy to adjust on the bike to get the height you want

    I used the Gilles Vario bars. Changed no cables and everything fitted nicely, only the hardest part was drilling the location holes for the throttle and switch gear, but I copied the original ones so that was very easy.
    I have used these for over 30,000 miles and it makes the bike easier to use over longer distances.
