Sorry mate just missed that one. Yeah X-Spirit 2 really good, in terms of noise it's hard for me to compare as the only other helmet I've had in the last 8 years has been 3 other X-Spirits, but I don't think mines overly noisy
jcb mally.. does your MRA have a daft safety bead round the back edge? and... anyone with the zero gravity, is this the case too or not? pretty much got it down to the ZG or MRA at present, job to say without seeing both side by side, but pays your money takes your choice I suppose. Appreciate the input from everyone. And the pictures!
It has a plastic edge protector around the top only ????? but it is snug fit and doesn't have to be there though.
Haha.. owhh, you dont even need a double bubble at that dude! Had a bit more of a gander and see Demon Tweeks are stocking ermax, dont look a bad screen, but we're back in the realms of rear trip strips again, thinking the ZG corsa is pretty much the answer, then looked on the MRA website and they do an animation of predicted airflow with their various screens. Makes interesting, but contradictory viewing.. http://www.mra.de/images/flash/windkanal/index.html
WOW, interesting indeed. So if you are in full blown race position you want the racing screen (do we really look like that on a bike), or if you want minimum wind then its the varioscreen (but your bike will look like a twat).
Pretty much my assessment of it too chap... Daft part is, after plumping for the ZG corsa, now comes the revelation that there isnt a single one in stock in the UK! FFS!!!
finally sourced a Zero Gravity corsa in light smoke.. original screen and corsa for comparison and corsa fitted to bike. Other ZG users highly recommend covering the clocks when parked in bright sun. Only other comment I'll make at present is its that clear it reflects the light off the clocks at night, so tucking in and seeing where you're going is a bit of a trade off...
