Biking BS what the best you have heard

I have a mate who said he got his knee down in the wet in his jeans, I would believe him but the day before we went out together and he went straight on round a bend and was being passed by sheep as he ran it off the road!

 

I read on on TT face book that a 1200 bandit will out do any top sports bike on twisties lol

 

Have to agree, this is the most common biking BS. I get a torrent of it every spring from colleagues, and the wife's friends pussy-whipped husbands.

If I ever win the lottery I'll buy them all a bike each for xmas, and give the receipt to their wives

 

Had I few mates give it the "I'll kill myself" as they won't be able to control them selfs not to ride it flat out.

 

I got a 600 for a first bike as I thought I would kill myself on anything bigger, then almost killed myself on the said 600. That's no BS and it shuts people up when they do the "oohhh a litre bike would be too much and I would kill myself on it" bit

In the days of the 125 LC , everybody said there's did a tonne easily. Even bought one from a shop in bratferd and the guy selling it said " the lad who owned it said it did well over a tonne "

In reality they did 80 mph , and everybody was lying barstewards , lmfao

We knew a guy called Steve Swift ex motocross rider who claimed he can wheelie his Rd80lc for over a mile.He proved it by doing well over a mile.Then the muppets started a wheelie group trying to emulate him on their mopeds.It soon died a death cos the majority of them got smashed up.
