Matt. My IT manager asked me yesterday if I have Virgin BB at home as he had found out via some IT geeky contacts that the problem is/or could be down to hackers hitting the Virgin system and hence bringing it down etc. Clearly this is not something that virgin will publicise or want in the public domain, but he was quite sure his info was from a reliable source.
