Small world, i'm a mitchiekai, moved from there just over 2 years ago. Family is still around South London.

 

Shame, I've got to go to Pirbright camp for 08:00 on Sunday morning from home, but at least I'll be on the bike

I'll detour after I've finished past Boxhill and Newlands.

 

Luckily for me I'm not a mitchiekai. I'm from Kent, just moved that way when I met the mrs.

The bikes going for suspension tuning and 2-3 hrs on the dyno, so I should be there most of the morning

 

Don't think I'll make it now, been I'll since Thursday and not feeling great still.

That's a pain about Steve Jordan's as I was due there for an MOT today

 

What is with this weather?

 

Scabby weather in the morning, but forecast to clear up by 10, so may pop along

 

I was there dead on 10... had a cuppa while standing by the bike and chatting to a random guy (with a blade) that was parked next to me.
I had that embarrassing:
"Are you here from the Fireblade forum?"
"No...?"
conversation.

Asked a few others that turned up on Fireblades and looked like they were looking for people, but no show from 1000RR
So at 10:30 I buggered off by m'sen - went up to Newlands, Windsor etc...

A great day for a ride and while out I did a vlog about how sucky y'all are for not showing up

 

At least you got out mate, im still not feeling great.
Best I can do is sit in the garden and hear all the bikes buzzing around where I live.
It's very annoying !!!

we were there at 10am, hung around for about half hour and pissed off to brands to watch the bemsee
Six of us in all,not all blades though, two R6`s, one R1, one RC8, and two blades, from there we met up with Brian ( chillipepper ) and a friend of mine on his R1 so eight of us in all. came back to boxhill around 2.30 for a cuppa.
Now if you said you were definately coming then we could have arranged a specific meeting point, but you didn`t
next time.
