My Pani measured 104db when last there - Termis with baffles. There were a few Panis at Donni Tuesday on a 105 day with no issues.
Yes he's done donny couple of times and never been bothered, iv never seen anyone bothered at donny though, but 101 !! not a chance, nor my blade either, its big money to be kicked off track too.
Just booked the Premiere inn , best get to work on a big can to quieten her down a bit and I'm fancying some new boots for her, iv bin running on the dunlop gp 212's but might try the new supercorsa sp, anybody tried them ?
Yes a full de-catted system. Blew 101 last year but 99 now I've repacked the end can with Magic Fairy Dust!
Im guna get a big nasty looking long thing and make up a link to suit just for these quiet track days, them magic fairy's don't drop off in wales
Unless i can make mine quieter then I'm out, no point in driving all the way down there just to be told no
I've just bought a sheet of 1mm stainless steel to make a bunch of inserts to see what sort of DB readings I can get.
Im on the same mission, I'm going to buy a cheap long can, repack then try different lengths of inserts until my meter says 100, mine will be ugly but I'm confident ill get it down, iv also got to try extend the two in my mates panigale termi's, not so confident !
Give mhp a call his cans are quiet and cheap. I run mine on my old blade and made it instantly faster that the yoshi
I was looking at their silencers because i know they are very quiet although ugly as sin but its like another £250, its turning out to be an extremely expensive track day...
That would be great or do you want to sell them ? yes iv just ordered some decent wadding so to wrap some around them, clutch in, lean bike over and it's in the hands of the gods then
Don't really want to sell them as still use them on occasion but he is more than welcome to borrow them for the track day. Maybe wrapped in wadding he might get down to 101 but I wouldn't hold my breath.
Almost ready washed and cleaned, baffle fitted not pretty but does the job. just need new tyres and we're good to go.
