They are changing the points available for what would have been the showdown rounds Full details Across the Main Season comprising twenty four races points will be awarded to the top 15 on the scale: 18-16-14-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. For the Showdown events when the series returns to Oulton Park and Donington Park, the points value per race will increase to: 25-22-20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1. The points value per race will increase again for the traditional season finale on the Brands Hatch GP Circuit to: 35-30-27-24-22-20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2.

He's probably thinking if he does well he may well get a wsbk ride 2024 problem facing him was all Yamaha seats filled with riders ahead in the pecking order , what didn't help him was getting injured towards the end of last season in BSB...his riding style and size will no doubt suit super sport however being on the Honda may be a draw back the R6 seams to have been the bike to be on and V2 has been improving .i hope he does really well .
I was surprised Syahrin got the WSBK ride with MIE as all the expectations were he was being dropped. Maybe Taz is hoping to get, or was promised, the nod for 2024.
Well great to have BSB back on the box, new points system back to somewhere near normal. Glad they got rid of the showdown!! Some unexpected great performances from Josh Brooks and Danny Kent too!
i was shocked also that he went to honda riding a 600cc,i cant see him doing anything on that bike,yam or duke is the bike to be on in that class,but i hope he does well,as anybody got any idea what channel,and day and time motoGPs on, i have not got BT sort,ive got sky
The best you can do if you don’t have BT sport is watch the highlights on YouTube. I’m done with MotoGP anyway, will continue to watch BSB and WSB though. Much less primadonna bullshit.

ITV 4 I think to a highlight programme mid week I think mate.....I still like watching Moto GP especially live Silverstone was brillant as plenty of screens up with BT sport live on them really good ...Barcelona was a great trip ..and I don't think there up themselves a lot have worked relentless to get to the height of the sport ....can't say the same for the football can't watch it anymore .....WSBK commentators put me off ...
