BT TV phone and Broardband advise

    Piece of piss David, exactly as you say. Plug one in to the socket near your hub and run an Ethernet cable to it, then just pair the slaves to it like Bluetooth kit. The wifi one just needs a bit of security applied to it, which you just follow the instruction from the software from a hard wired computer or laptop. Give it the same SSID as your HH and your kit will flick to it automatically as you wander in range. The hard wired ones are £15 each, the wifi one was about £35.

    Yes Iain, all the walls in my house are brick and the signal drops in strength massively as we move through the house. Arthur gave me a router with a much more efficient aerial but even that one was stopped cold by the walls. My other option was to put it in the roof and orientate the aerial straight down but couldn't be arsed to cable it all. The plug in extenders worked first time and, in my experience with networking, that might be unique.
