Thought it would be useful to some on here, so here it is: Hello David, we do not have any deals for the parts, but we have some people in Europe who us a little bit and have some special prices. not deals for the parts??? have you seen the prices on their website?? sound lik eso good deals here I might send him a mail to see about the racing swing arm covers, if he can do a combo with the frame covers
Anyone on here got these fitted on their bike yet? I am thinking of going for the swing arm covers and frame covers. Looks like the units have to be glued or held on with cable ties, which does concern me a little. I have yet to attempt removing the fairings from my 2012 Blade. Is it a fiddly job? The engine covers look nice too but once again, at least one of them seems to require gluing on with silicone. Any wisdom gratefully received before I place an order !!
for engine covers I would opt for GB covers, and for the mounting of the frame and swingarm covers, either velcro of silicone, If you wanted to remove them, you could always peel the silicone off
The best option is to use Silikone. Bigger drops in few spots only, makes it easier to remove them in future. Silikon also prevents covers from slight moving on frame, i saw frame that after few years of having covers on it was scrached to bare aluminium in few places. As for engine covers, also you will need silikone for left side. Clutch cover is mounted on 3 bolts.
