Hi Si No the bolt holes lined up fine it was just where the edges curl over just neaded a little filling on certain parts(lower mounting points near side stand and the other side) but the only thing was the plastic honda clips that go under the belly pan to hold together i had to use stainless bolts as the holes where slighty larger and the trim clips would not hold but not a big deal for me.But dont forget dont do like i did put some silver heat tape inside near the header pipe.like i have said i have known paul for 2 years he is a down to earth bloke but im not here to get buissness for him busy with my own job i know the carbon he gets is good i would not put any tat on my bike but at the end of the day mate its up to you i know he has done a lot of deals with the Tl100 forum pop over and have a nose and see what they say Cheers G
