    Somehow I don't think u will be ,optimistic but in reality u won't u won't be up to it trust me being there 7 months on crutches and two pops later 4 months on sticks second time image.jpg

    Had a few probs with the cast on my ankle so my very nice Orthopaedic Consultant (who I have found out is the surgeon for Manchester City) has today arranged for an 'Aircast' to be fitted. Apparently its known as a Beckham or Rooney boot!

    It has three separate air chambers that I can adjust via a pump myself, cool.

    Another visit to the Orthopaedic Consultant today, got to live with the 'aircast' boot for another five weeks but.............

    Physio starts on Monday :eek:

    Gutted for you Beckers that the boot has to stay, I know all to well what its like with doc visit coming up and you get all geed up for the big day only to be told "Fixator staying on see you in 6 weeks" :-(
