    Thanks guys its almost there.

    I'll add another couple of chamfers to it, to tidy it up and put in nice new cutters to get a better finish on it. This ones quite rough. Also the guard bit looks quite big across, but its just because its a flat face in need of a little something. It's actually a lot smaller than it looks as this pic should show.

    I was originally only going to make 12 of these and that list is full but I've managed to get another couple of bits of material for them. So there is 2 more available if u want 1.

    Loving it matey ! Bloody AWESOME, can't wait to get that bad boy fitted. ;0)

    Does the one securing clip seem to be sufficient to keep it in place? Just that i would be so gutted if it came off :0(

    It will b fine mate but if ur unsure just add a 'little' lochtite to the thread of the scew to make sure.

    Definately not my number I've still got the chicken stips on my tyres :) and only ever done 1 track day.

    I've just got the font for it from Dan. I'm going to put it on the design tomorrow and see how it looks.
    I'm not sure about the bike design though. I'll try it with the 1000rr.co.uk to see if it suits the guard.
