Well, some members have disappeared for lesser indiscretions.

Hmm......it would seem at the beginning of this thread......a year ago, I was also champoning the black anodised chain guard!!

I think the original Rizoma two part black and silver design works well. But in the interests of making this happen and keeping costs down for us all.......plain brushed ally is the way forward.

All "bants" aside I'm happy to go with the flow, ally finish is better than staring at a picture wishing

 

You could just print it out and stick it on your bike, jobs a gooden

I've got a 3D printer. I'll have mine before all of you AND it'll be black!!

Having the printer is the easy bit, for people like me the cad part of it is brain frazzling I had a go on these at a silversmiths of all places

These guys can have their ally and black anodised. We'll go the Sterling Silver. Can you get them Hallmarked before dispatch?

 

If I new how to do cad @nigelrb I’d be bloody deadly I’ll tell ya lol I already have a problem with titanium lol

CAD design is the road to nowhere, unfortunately its what i do for a living

 

I don't like them

 

We use it for a lot of our engraving and design, I could keep myself amused for days with that skill lol

 

General consensus seems to be anodised then!

I can use a company that will anodise black and clear at the same cost.

Once the prototypes are done and happy with the fit etc if ok with the moderators, we can start a group buy with options of black/clear anodised and plain. Obviously the more people who want one the cheaper the price is so a deposit would be required.


All assuming obviously it’s ok with the mods

 

Also any special engraving may be possible too

 

I reckon a couple of mods will be preparing their order!
